The WORKFIRsts program provides evaluation and treatment, when an injury does occur. Services include: - Occupational health services- Workers compensation physical examination drug testing laboratory information; work site wellness coaching employee assistance programs (EAP)pre placement physicals that compare the worker to their job demands; medical surveillance programs consultation ,and educational campaigns for supervisors & employees on healthy practices such as safe lifting techniques in order avoid injuries from occurring .
